i have just embarked on this project. Right now, I am collecting information on those doctors. Once they are ready, my work will start. And after it is edited and tuned, will go to print.
This is about doctors who became famous in fields other than medicine.
Two of my contemporaries whose lives encouraged me to begin a comprehensive work on this are Mr AJ Jeyaprakash, FRCS, Mr WS Rajkumar, FRCS, and my classmate Dr Srinivas Tata, IRS, presently working in WB.
Ps - in the UK, surgeons qualified in Royal College of Surgeons abhor the prefix "Dr" before their names. So, did not use the prefix for Dr Jeya Prakash, who shifted his focus from plastic and cosmetic surgery to anti-ageing, and Dr Rajkumar, who i nicknamed Indian Doogie Howzer, my finest friend.
They will also be featuring in the book.
